Refund Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and missed appointments, are charged in full.
Late arrivals
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will end as scheduled so the guests after you are not delayed, and the full price still applies.
Membership
The annual Wellness Club membership is a yearly donation and is non-refundable.
Packages
Session packages are available to members only and are purchased through the member portal.
Exceptions
Illness and emergencies happen. If something comes up, call us at (956) 759-1914 and we will do what we can to move your appointment.
