We collect personal information when you book a session on our website, create a booking account, sign up for our newsletter, become a member through our member portal, complete an intake or consent form at the center, contact us by phone or email, or interact with our social media pages. We also collect some technical information automatically when you visit our website.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, mailing address, appointment history, membership status, and payment information. If you complete an intake or consent form, we may collect information about your health, medical history, or wellness goals. Automatically collected information includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, process payments, send appointment reminders, manage your membership, respond to your questions, keep records required for our operations as a non-profit, and improve our website and services. If you have opted in, we also use it to send newsletters, event announcements, and offers. We use technical and advertising data to understand which of our ads and pages bring people to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, and only as far as needed for them to do that work. These currently include Wix, which hosts our website and processes bookings and payments; Serenity Bookings, which manages our membership program; Mailchimp, which sends our email newsletters; and Meta and Google, which provide advertising and website analytics tools. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing how they handle information.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a legal request, to protect the safety of any person, or to investigate suspected fraud or misuse of our services.
Payments
Payments made on our website are processed by our payment provider. We do not store complete card numbers on our own systems.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure how visitors use the site, and support our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand which ads bring people to our website. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send appointment reminders and occasional updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us. We may still send you messages about appointments you have booked, since those are not marketing.
Health information
Any health or wellness information you share with us is kept confidential and used only to make sure our services are appropriate and safe for you. We are not a medical provider, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and we do not maintain medical records or bill insurance.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are an active client or member, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our record keeping, accounting, and legal obligations. Inactive accounts are reviewed and removed when the information is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, provide you with a copy, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it. Children and Minors

Our website links to other services, including our member portal, our podcast, and our social media pages. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system can be guaranteed completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
