Weekly Wednesday Meditation

Service Description

Experience the only meditation in the Rio Grande Valley held inside an Energy Enhancement System field. You can meditate anywhere, but the field is what helps people drop in faster and go deeper than they usually manage on their own. The evening opens with a short video or presentation on a theme for the night. The meditation itself begins with music to help you ease in, and from there it moves into silence. Afterward we gather in a circle of sharing to talk about the theme and whatever came up for you, which for many people ends up being the part they come back for. Infinite Love has held this meditation every Wednesday for 14 years. It is the practice that everything else here grew out of. All levels welcome and no experience needed. You can arrive up to 30 minutes early to spend extra time in the field before we begin.
